Getting produce to market is one challenge. Keeping it fresh, saleable, and ready for buyers is another. 🌾📦

That is why cold storage and postharvest facilities are becoming a bigger part of the country’s agri-food conversation. In fact, the Department of Agriculture – Philippines has announced plans for a PhP3-billion cold storage initiative covering 99 facilities nationwide, aimed at reducing spoilage, extending shelf life, and improving the movement of high-value crops.

Improving agriculture is not only about producing more, but also reducing losses, improving handling, strengthening market access, and giving farmers, fisherfolk, processors, and buyers better systems to work with.

#Agrilink2026, the country’s biggest international trade exhibition on #agriculture, food, #aquaculture, and #agribusiness, helps bring this vision to life. It brings visitors closer to the technologies, partnerships, and practical solutions that can support stronger logistics, better postharvest systems, and more connected value chains.

Join us from October 8 to 10 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City for free seminars and free entrance to the exhibition.
